Ross Stevens, LMT
I graduated from The Art of Massage Institute in Tyler, TX in May 2024 and received my License from the Texas Department of Licensing and Registration in October.
I am a former ACSM certified personal trainer and a former professional martial artist, living in Thailand and China to further my fighting techniques in 2017.
I have lived in East Texas almost my entire life, and in Tyler for the last 16 years.
My passion as a Massage Therapist is to help clients feel less pain, and more relaxation. My experiences as an athlete and teammate have allowed me to understand pain at a deeper level, firsthand dealing with a myriad of injuries.
Meagan Stevens, RMP
I have been a certified Usui/Holy Fire III Reiki Master since the Spring of 2024, though I have been using energy work for over ten years in order to cope with the side effects of my own neurodivergence.
I was born and raised in East Texas, but spent 7 years in DFW where I earned a B.A. in English from UT-Arlington and continued bar tending and managing restaurants, and almost a full year in West Texas where I began a 6 year career as a veterinary technician. Now I focus my time on my freelance data annotating job, homemaking, baking, and helping myself and others cope with the steady drone of existence.
I am over 6 years clean and sober from alcohol, cocaine, and opiates. For the past 2 years I have focused the majority of my time on healing myself so that I can now help heal others.
When it comes to Reiki and other metaphysical practices, I have the most experience in substance abuse disorders, neurodivergence (bipolar disorder, ADHD, autism, anxiety, and panic disorders), and spiritual trauma from high-control religions.
About us
Ross and Meagan met on Tinder in October 2018, fell in love that night, and spent the next week together before Ross moved across the state. One month later, Meagan followed him into what she thought was the world's tiniest camper, only to find out they make them even smaller when the two moved back home to Tyler in 2019. For the next couple of years, they continued on with typical jobs and lives while they finished converting a shipping container into a house, collected more animals, and got engaged after white water rafting in Colorado.
In May of 2021, Ross and Meagan were married at Taco Bell in Las Vegas, fulfilling Meagan's lifelong dream/joke. In November of that year, they officially moved into the Shipping Container House they built together. The next year would be full of loss of both human and animal life alike, but also full of rest as both Meagan and Ross began feeling called to heal themselves and then help heal others.
Since then, Ross has become a Licensed Massage Therapist and Meagan has become a Usui/Holy Fire III Reiki Master in order to work together to create a whole body, soul, and mind approach to wellness that can be done anywhere. Baking bread has become a balm to Meagan's soul, and each loaf is infused with Reiki energy.
Ross and Meagan spend their free time traveling, kayaking, hiking mountains, reading, repairing the aforementioned container house, and rotting to the tune of Netflix. Their next big goal is to have a converted sprinter van to travel the country in.
